You can absolutely bring your staff with you. The Game Changers Summit will provide knowledge and advice applicable to everyone in the legal industry, but is most applicable to law firm owners. We also encourage you to invite colleagues who may also benefit from this industry-leading experience.

How early should I arrive the first day to get registered?

Check-in will begin promptly at 7:00 AM on Friday, November 9th. We'll also be offering an early bird check-in on Thursday evening if you're ready to get a head start on the Summit!

Can I upgrade my tickets?

You can absolutely upgrade your ticket at any time! If you're interested in upgrading to a higher ticket tier, please send an email to summit@crispvideo.com.

Is food provided each day?

We will be providing a premium lunch to all Summit attendees on both Friday and Saturday. Additionally, Friday night's agenda includes a cocktail party for all attendees with an open bar and light bites. You'll get the chance to enjoy spirited conversations with the game-changing attorneys and law firm owners you met during Day One of the Summit.

Will I be able to meet the speakers?

All Summit attendees who purchase the Game Changer ticket tier will have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and take professional photos with our featured speakers. If you're interested in upgrading to a Game Changer ticket, please email summit@crispvideo.com.

What is the dress code for the Summit?

The dress code is business casual.

When does the Game Changers Summit start and end?

The Crisp Game Changers Summit will begin promptly at 7:00 AM on Friday, November 9th.

The Summit will end at approximately 4 PM on Saturday, November 10th. When making travel arrangements, please do not book a return flight until after 7 PM to allow for ample travel time to the airport once the event is over. 

What if I can no longer attend the Crisp Game Changers Summit?

We have a strict no refund policy on ticket purchases for the Crisp Game Changers Summit.

If something comes up (trial, conflicting events, etc.) that prevents you from being able to join us at the Summit, you have two options:

  1. Transfer your registration to a colleague at no cost -- just email their contact information with your request to summit@crispvideo.com.
  2. Apply the cost of your ticket purchase to any Crisp product or service.
