If you have purchased tickets but are unable to attend the Summit, we are happy to provide a full refund on your ticket purchase up until June 29th, 2019.

If you find you are no longer able to attend the Summit after June 29th, you have two options:

  1. You can transfer your ticket to another colleague at no additional cost. Please email your colleague's full name and email address to summit@crispvideo.com and indicate that you would like to transfer your ticket.
